Ackermann names team for Griquas match

OCTOBER 8, 2015

Emirates Golden Lions coach, Johan Ackermann, has named a second string team to face the ORC Griquas in their Currie Cup match at Emirates Airline Park on Saturday afternoon, in order to rest his star players.

This week Ackermann has chosen a few Under 21 players, who will be given the opportunity to play in the Currie Cup.

Jaco van der Walt has been placed in the number ten jersey, while his brother, Gerdus, has been selected for inside centre and will be partnering up with Jaques Nel in the midfield.
