AFCON: Mathoho and Letsholonyane still suspended
Kaizer Chiefs defender, Eric Mathoho, as well as midfielder, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, will not be able to participate in Bafana Bafana’s first 2015 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) match against Algeria due to suspension during the qualifying stages last year.
Mathoho received a yellow card in the 2-2 draw against Nigeria in November while Letsholonyane was sent off the field during the same match after receiving two yellow cards.
Bafana will be facing Algeria at the Estadio de Mongomo stadium in Equatorial Guinea on the 19th of January.
