MAY 6, 2016

Port Elizabeth law firm, BLC Attorneys, on Thursday donated R10 000 to the House of Resurrection Children’s Haven in Salsoneville, Port Elizabeth.

"The funds were raised at the annual BLC Attorneys Charity Soccer Day, where the House of Resurrection, Nazareth House of Port Elizabeth and the Northern Lights School were nominated as beneficiaries," the company said.

"The House of Resurrection houses 37 children infected or affected by HIV/Aids, in foster cluster homes, where they provide a safe, secure family environment for the children, under the guidance of Director, Reverend Nicolette Leonard. The money will go towards buying warm clothing for the children for the winter months, and the haven welcomes any further donations of clothing, stationery and toiletries."
