Cheetahs team announced for Griffons match
Toyota Free State Cheetahs coach, Naka Drotske, has announced his team that will be taking on the Northern Free State Griffons in their pre-season Super Rugby match at Old Greys in Bloemfontein this afternoon.
Fullback, Willie le Roux, will be returning to his position for the match, after injuring his ankle during the match against the DHL Western Province Stormers at Newlands last week.
Joe Pietersen, who was side-lined for the Stormers game due to injury, will also be returning to the team as flyhalf.
Centre Johann Sadie and flank, Heinrich Brussow have returned from their international duties in Japan. Sadie has been selected for the bench, with Brussow being ruled out of the match due to a concussion.
The Cheetahs start off the Super Rugby season against the Cell C Sharks in Durban on the 14th of February. They have lost both of their pre-season matches, 30-13 against the Vodacom Blue Bulls and 39-31 against the Stormers.
