Mantis adds to its collection

Adrian Gardiner, owner of Mantis, signed an operational management and marketing agreement with Bhooshan Ramloll, a builder and developer from Mauritius, at lunch today at No5 Boutique Hotel in Port Elizabeth. Mr Ramloll is in the process of creating Koki Bay, a destination resort and investment opportunity on the north of his home island.

“Koki Bay will provide a unique atmosphere, typically Mauritian, vibrant and energetic, yet tranquil and pampered, in one of the last secluded havens to be found on this exquisite island,” explained Mr Ramloll.

Mr Gardiner added “The location of Koki Bay is truly magnificent, one of the best on this already beautiful island.”

Mantis, which owns, manages or markets a collection of over 70 award winning, privately owned, five star properties located around the world will be managing Koki Bay’s tourism side.  It is envisaged that Koki Bay will beneficiate from Mantis’ high experience in the industry in terms of operational management, marketing and trends – in short, Mantis will bring to Koki Bay its internationally established ‘Brand’.
