Master Plan To Be Developed For Telkom Park
A Master Plan “with a physical layout footprint as well as architectural and development guidelines” is to be developed for Telkom Park.
Mandela Bay Development Agency CEO Pierre Voges says in a report to the Economic Development, Tourism and Agriculture Committee that the master plan is being drafted “with a view to calling for actual development proposals”.
Voges explains that a call for expressions of interest in the development of Telkom Park was developed and released in May this year to which there had been eight responses which were currently being reviewed.
He stressed that prior to the release of the request for proposals, Council would need to decide whether the land should be sold or leased, with the MBDA favouring the latter option. - MetroMinutes.
