Molangoane, Sangweni to stay at Chippa

JUNE 9, 2016

During the upcoming transfer window, Chippa United Chairman, Siviwe Mpengesi, insisted that midfielders, Joseph Molangoane and Thamsanqa Sangweni, are not up-for-grabs for transfer.

Molangoane has been in the past few weeks linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs, while Sangweni has simply been ascertained a stay at the Chilli Boys for next season, as he forms part of the coach’s long term plans.

With regards to Molangoane’s Chippa tenure, Mpengesi told that his contract was extended some time back and that the contract stipulated that a specified amount was to be paid on a certain date.

“We paid the amount last week and we even put more, so Joseph Molangoane is not going anywhere and whoever is interested in his services must pay,” Mpengesi said.
