NMMU marches against sexual harassment and violence on campuses

The Student Representative Council (SRC) at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) has organised a march of solidarity for students, who are against sexual harassment, alcohol abuse and racism on Saturday at 7am in front of the university’s Embizweni Main Building.

A pledge of zero tolerance to sexual harassment, alcohol abuse and racism is expected to be handed over to the SRC Presidents of the institutions that are involved in Intervarsity. These SRC presidents are from Rhodes University, Fort Hare and Walter Sisulu University.
