PE police offer R30 000 reward for information on Ajimudin Asadullah's killer

Humewood Detectives  are offering a reward of up to R30 000 for information,  which may lead to the arrest, prosecution and sentencing of a suspect involved in housebreaking and murder that took place at Ben Viljoen Street, Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth in  August 2015.

According to Eastern Cape police, 20-year-old Ajimudin Asadullah was brutally assaulted with a cricket bat by the robber.

"The victim was found inside his home badly injured and was taken to hospital after the police respondent to the complaint. He later died in hospital due to severe injuries from the attack."

Asadullah was a second-year computer science and applied mathematics student at the City's Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU).
