PSL News: Pirates’ Ntshumeyelo returns from injury for MTN8 finals
Great news for Orlando Pirates supporters; midfielder, Thandani Ntshumeyelo, will be returning from injury for the MTN8 final game against their archrivals the Kaizer Chiefs. He will however, continue to be monitored.
According to the Buccaneers website, Ntshumeyelo resumed training on Wednesday at the Rand Stadium in Johannesburg. This means Pirates will now be travelling to Durban with a complete team for the highly anticipated MTN8 finals.
Ntshumeyelo said that he is prepared for the game which will take place at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.
“I trained well – no pain; I’m okay,” he said.
"I must take it easy for now.
"I did normal training, but because of the problem I had to take it easy. Everything is okay, I feel no pain.”
The Club’s medical team said that Ntshumeyelo is “80% ready” and they will continue to keep an eye on his progress during training.
