Rival taxi associations exchange blows in Jeffreys Bay

A fight between suspected rival taxi associations in Jeffreys Bay reportedly occurred on Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of the town's Tokyo Sexwale stadium.

According to witnesses, who spoke to local new site, JBay News, one taxi association had begun to load passengers, when another taxi association arrived and a fight broke out between the drivers and marshals.

At least two men were reportedly injured during the fight - one with a possible knife wound. 

Jeffreys Bay Police responded rapidly and quickly brought the situation under control.
