Small-Smith out due to injury
Blue Bulls midfielder, William Small-Smith, will not be competing in his side’s Currie Cup clash against the Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Friday due to a knee injury.
Bulls team doctor, Org Strauss, has said that Small-Smith sustained a bone bruise after playing against the Cell C Sharks over the weekend, and will not be fit for the next match.
Ryan Nell has also been ruled out of the game due to an ankle sprain and is likely only play against the Pumas on the 3rd of October.
Flank Jacques du Plessis will not be training on Monday due to a quad contusion, but is set to return on Tuesday. Scrumhalf, Lohan Jacobs, is also set to return after missing the match against the Sharks the past weekend due to flu.
