Stolen electronics worth R15 000 recovered in KWT

Police in Kings Williams Town have the confirmed the arrest of a 24-year old man in connection with a house robbery over the festive season.

In a statement, police spokesperson Lieutenant Siphokazi Mawisa said members of the police’s K9 and crime intelligence units reacted on a tip-off, and found a stolen Samsung plasma television and laptop, worth an estimated R15 000, in the man’s Ginsberg home on Sunday morning.

The man appeared in the Kings Williams Town Magistrate’s Court earlier today on a charge of house breaking, theft and being in possession of stolen property.
