Stormers will be a big test for us - Ludeke

BY NATALI IVERSON - APRIL 22, 2015

Blue Bulls coach, Frans Ludeke, has ignored talks that their Super Rugby clash against the Western Province Stormers on Saturday may be the 'final' match to determine the South African Conference winner.

The Bulls are currently sitting on top of the SA Conference log with 28 points; however, the Stormers are not far behind, with 26 points.

Ludeke has said that this weekend’s match, which will be played at Newlands, is a very important game, but added that a lot could still happen in this competition.

"There are seven league matches remaining. It's an important match and winning games away from home in this competition is vital," Ludeke said.

"(But) there's a lot that could still happen and what is of importance is how you approach the game. How will you handle the big pressure moments?

"It will be a big test for us. We'll have to be accurate in what we can control. Both teams are playing well and in a game like this, you have to try and enforce your strong points on the opposition,” he added.
