Team South Africa’s Rio Olympic Games schedule for day seven of the 2016 edition of the Games, with accompanying SA times, have been released.


13:52 – Men’s stroke play, first round (Brandon Stone).

14:25 – Men’s stroke play, first round (Jaco van Zyle).


13:30 – Women Pairs, Semi-finals (Lee-Ann Persse and Kate Christowitz).

13:50 – Lightweight Women’s Double Skulls, Semi-finals (Kirsten McCann and Ursula Grobler).

14:20 – Lightweight Men’s Double Sculls, Semi-finals (James Thompson and John Smith).

14:30 – Men’s Four, Semi-final (David Hunt, Jonathan Smith, Vincent Breet and Jake Green).

15:44 – Men’s Pair Final (Lawrence Brittain and Shaun Keeling).

Sevens Rugby:

20:00 – Men’s Semi-finals (South Africa vs. Great Britain).

Team SA have only picked up a solitude two silver medals in the Rio Games 2016 thus far, with the United States on top of the medals tally count with 32 medals (11 gold); followed by China with 23 medals (10 gold).
