The bad habits must go - Ludeke
Vodacom Blue Bulls head coach, Frans Ludeke, has said that his team needs to discard some bad habits before the 2015 Super Rugby season starts.
The Bulls will be playing two pre-season matches against the Toyota Free State Cheetahs on the 24th of January in Polokwane, and Saracens on the 31st of January in London. Both games will be in preparation for their first match against the DHL Stormers, which will take place at Loftus Versfeld on the 14th of February.
"The expectations are big," Ludeke said.
"We made some changes in pre-season and it's important that we get rid of some bad habits."
The coach has mentioned that some of the bad habits included, being beaten at the breakdown as well as making poor decisions upon attack.
He added that he is confident that his team will improve this year.
"Things are different this year. There are young guys in the group coming through, a few players were bought and injured players like Pierre (Spies) and Arno (Botha) are back. We want to expose all the guys and in the process test a few combinations.
"We want to make things right quickly, but it's also important to build on what worked for us last season - like scrums and our defence," Ludeke said.
