Two arrested in Willowvale for dagga possession

Two Willowvale men are expected in court on Monday after they were busted by police for dagga possession.

"Both suspects were arrested on Saturday, at about 17:00," described police spokesperson, Captain Jackson Manatha.

"A 58-year-old man was arrested for dagga plants at Mahasana Village, Willowvale. Police found dagga plants in his garden. He has been charged with cultivation of dagga plants.

"A second man, aged 45, was arrested around Willowvale town in possession of dagga. He was arrested during a stop and search operation.

"Both suspects will appear before the Willovale Magistrate's Court on Monday."
