SEPTEMBER 15, 2015

Eastern Cape Provincial Police Commissioner, Lieutenant General Celiwe Binta, on Monday commended Humansdorp police for swiftly arresting two suspects after the murder of a local undertaker.

The 45 year-old undertaker, Roseline Bosman, was discovered murdered in her home by her children on Saturday morning.

According to police, local detectives followed up on information, which led them to Hankey where they picked up a 26 year-old suspect, who was found in possession of Bosman's personal belongings.

The suspect led police to the arrest of a 49 year-old Hankey man in the early hours of Monday morning.

While police said the motive for the murder is not yet known, more arrests are imminent.

The two suspects are expected in the Humansdorp Magistrate's Court soon.
