Uitenhage SAPS seek public help in tracing rapist

The South African Police Service (SAPS) in Uitenhage, just outside Port Elizabeth, are looking for a man, who is believed to be a foreign national, in connection with a rape incident that occurred on the 5 December 2015, at around 2am, in a house in Thornhill Street, Uitenhage. 

According to Eastern Cape police, a woman was asleep in her house when a man broke into her house and raped her in the bedroom.

At the time of the incident a suspect was wearing a red t-shirt, grey pair of pants and a light-brown hat.
