Warning: Temps set to rise over Eastern Cape for Monday

The South African Weather Service has issued a warning for extremely hot and uncomfortable conditions across most of the Eastern Cape for Monday.

Temperatures exceeding 30 degrees are expected from as far as the Baviaans Local Municipality bordering the Western Cape, to the Matatiele Local Municipality flanking KwaZulu-Natal while high discomfort level is forecasted for areas in the Camdeboo, Kou-Kamma, Sunday’s River Valley, Ikwezi, Makana, Mnquma and Mbhashe Local Municipalities.
