Wayne Parnell to join Cape Cobras

APRIL 16, 2015

Proteas cricket player, Wayne Parnell, has decided to join the Cape Cobras, and will be leaving the Chevrolet Warriors from next season, Parnell’s agent, Donne Commins, confirmed on Thursday.

Commins added that Parnell had been spending a lot of time in Cape Town recently, and believes that the move to the Cobras will be a good change for the National player.

The 25-year-old matriculated from Grey High School in Port Elizabeth, moving through the junior Eastern Province representative teams. He has played four Tests, 46 ODIs and 33 T20 internationals for the Proteas thus far.
