Willowvale woman busted with dagga worth R18 000

A 21 year-old, Wllowvale woman is expected to appear before the Willowvale Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday after she was arrested on Tuesday at Willowvale Informal Settlements, Willowvale for dagga possession.

According to the police spokesperson, Captain Jackson Manatha, the suspect was arrested following after a police intelligence operation found that she was dealing in dagga.

“The dagga [seized by police] has a weight of 17.85kg, with a street value of R18 000,” said Captain Manatha.
