52 all out

Ottniel Baartman was on fire for the Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the SA20 match against the Pretoria Capitals at St. George Park.

The fast bowler boasts a bowling analysis of 4/12 and together with Daniel Worrall (3/22) he ensured that the Pretorianians were bowled out for only 52 runs.

Worrall, a bowler who was born in Australia, took the important wickets of Phil Salt, Rilee Rossouw and James Neesham.

After that, the Sunrisers batsmen made short work of the run chase and a fighting Tom Abell (31 runs from 22 balls) saw to it that the winning runs were scored in less than seven overs.

The Eastern Cape are currently second in the official standings with 15 points, but the danger lights must undoubtedly be flashing in Pretoria.

The Capitals have just four points to their name after five games and it looks like they have traded the willow slat for the wooden spoon.
