The All Blacks play two tests against the Springboks in South Africa this year. The Kiwis face off against the World Champion team at Ellis Park on 31 August, while they clash at the DHL Stadium in Cape Town on 7 September.

According to Scott “Razor” Robertson, the New Zealanders are excited about the two matches.

“The matches against the Springboks offer a golden opportunity for us to learn more about ourselves as a team – after all, we are playing against the World Cup winners,” said the new All Black coach.

In addition to the two tests against the Boks, New Zealand will also play against Fiji in San Diego.

According to Mark Robinson, CEO of New Zealand Rugby (NZR), the duel in the USA offers a golden opportunity to market rugby in North America and to give the All Black brand a boost before the World Cup in 2031.

The international rugby spectacle is then presented in the USA.

“We want to deliver a rugby product that captures the imagination of sports fans in the USA, while we also want to showcase rugby’s best qualities. It promises to be a unique advertisement for rugby,” said Robinson.
