Police appeal for help in locating missing Port Elizabeth teen

Police in Port Elizabeth have appealed to the public for assistance with information that can help them locate a missing teenage girl.

"On Monday, 16 July 2018, the 15-year-old Kimberley Chitiyo went missing from her home at 61 Manzanita Street, NU7, Motherwell," said police spokesperson, Captain Andre Beetge.

"Her mother woke up at about 15:00 and discovered that her daughter was no longer in the house.

"She was last seen wearing a pink jersey, a grey pleated skirt and white tekkies."

Captain Beetge said that the girl speaks fluent in Xhosa and Shona.

"She is tall and dark in complexion and looks larger than normal for her age group."
