Missing Kabega Park teen found unharmed and re-united with family

Port Elizabeth police say that a Kabega Park teen reported missing on Monday by his parents was found safe and unharmed.

"He has been reunited with his parents."

Kabega Park police had sought the community’s assistance in tracing the then missing 15-year-old teenage boy from Cape Road, Kabega Park.

"The teenager went missing on Saturday and his disappearance was reported to police by his parents on Monday," said police spokesperson, Capt Sandra Janse Van Rensburg.

Kabega Park teen reported missing

According to police information, Dylan Romeo had left his house in Cape road, Kabega Park, on Saturday, at 16:30, to visit the neighbour and never returned home.

"He was wearing a red top and black jeans at the time of his disappearance," she said.

"The parents made enquiries with friends at school on Monday, but no information was forthwith."

She said that it was unknown where the teenager had gone. He had not taken any personal belongings with him.
