Mthatha police appeal for leads after men gunned down execution-style
Mthatha police have appealed to the public for assistance with information that could lead to the arrest of three men believed to have been involved in a shooting that occurred at New Payne Location, Mthatha, on Sunday, at about 23h00.
"It is alleged that four victims, aged 25, were inside a flat when three unknown gunmen forcefully entered and opened fire," described police spokesperson, Captain Khaya Tonjeni.

"One was fatally wounded inside whilst the others tried to escape, but were caught outside by the gunmen, who fatally wounding them.
"Three men died on the spot whilst one was critically injured and was rushed to hospital for medical attention."
Capt Tonjeni said that the motive for the killing is unknown.
