Brazen house robbery in Central, Port Elizabeth
Port Elizabeth police on Tuesday said that they were investigating a case of house robbery after a woman was robbed at her flat along Western Road, Central.
According to the police, three suspects came across the 28-year-old woman, who was in her flat on Monday morning, and enquired about at an adjacent vacant residence.
Later, the men returned with two more men, smashed in the security gate at the woman's flat and forced their way in.
They then tied up the woman, took an undisclosed sum of money and a cellphone and fled.
Police are still to make arrests.
