Target Audience:
This course will add value to all managers with in commercial, Public Sector, Local Government or community environment who are working with integrated development planning, sector management and administration specialists.

This interactive visionary leadership course is intended for delegates who will fulfil a leadership role as part of their job. The aim of the course is to ensure delegates develop their visionary thinking in a leadership context to develop strategy and to work out scenario plans for strategic and business planning.

This course will enable learners to:
  • Explain the purpose of visionary thinking in a leadership context
  • Analyse current context and trends to develop strategy
  • Compile scenario plans
  • Apply selected scenarios into strategic and business planning processes
  • Evaluate scenario planning

Learning assumed to be in place:

  • Communication at NQF Level 4

SETA Assessment of Competency (Optional):
Optional competency assessment is available at R1 600.00 excl. VAT per delegate on this course.

This module is based on outcomes based learning principles where delegates are responsible for their own learning with support available when required.
