Baywest Mall hosts Cyclethon for Smile Foundation

In order to raise funds for the Smile Foundation, Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth will be hosting a Cyclethon event on the 21st of October from 4pm until 7pm.

The Smile Foundation is a South African NGO that assists children with any type of facial abnormality, to receive free corrective Plastic and Reconstructive surgery within South Africa.

To date the Smile Foundation has helped more than 2000 children.

The Cyclethon is a three hour event in which volunteers ride for one to three hours at R160 per person, per hour, per bike. And participants wanting to ride the full three hours pay R400. The longer you ride the more money will be raised for the Smile Foundation.

The spinning bikes have been sponsored by VIVA Gym and Planet Fitness.

Only 60 bikes are available per hour, so make sure to book fast. Online bookings are available here.

Take the chance to make a difference and get fit in the process. For more information about this even, check out their Facebook page.
