Eastern Cape SAPS Commissioner visits family after three-year-old boy found murdered

Mlungisi - Eastern Cape SAPS Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General  Liziwe Ntshinga, together with the SAPS Women's Network and  Men for Change, visited the family of a three-year-old baby boy, who was brutally killed at Mlungisi, outside Komani.

"Olotando Moni went missing on the 13th of October 2019 and his body was found on the 14th near Nkwanca Squater Camp," described police spokesperson, Captain Namhla Mdleleni.

"The Provincial  Commissioner conveyed condolences to the family urging the community to work together with police in order to find the suspect.

"She also appealed to the community if they have any allegations of criminal activities involving members of SAPS to please contact the Community Police Forum not to the Police.  

"The Community Police Forum will know, who to deal with regarding that information."

In her conclusion, she urged the community to take care of children by always being concerned about their whereabouts.
