Face Forward Retreats hosts Pop-up day

The Port Elizabeth-based Face Forward Retreats, a business that focuses on cultivating a space that encourages mindfulness, exploring your own inner happiness and self-love for women, will be hosting a pop-up day for the public, and the best part – it’s totally free!

This event will be a fun introduction about Face Forward Retreats and Image workshops.

Face Forward Retreats hosts a combination of events in the safari in the South African bush, mountains and rivers.  Yoga, surfing, creative activities, image workshop including a makeup lesson and styling assistance captured with a mini shoot are what you can hope to enjoy as part of the programme.

And as their website says; “Another reminder to face life Face Forward”.

Learn how makeup can make some interesting changes from their makeup artist Marike de Groot, and enjoy a complementary photoshoot by a talented local photographer.

But focusing on beauty alone is not the only thing you can look forward to. Their surf facilitator, Ettiene, from the J-bay Surf School will be chatting about the benefits of surfing, and co-founder, Susan will be chatting about yoga and creative visualization.

Shakti Shanti will have their gorgeous yoga and leisure wear on display, and will be available for purchase.

This event is suited to people from all walks of life, so don’t be shy and come on by to make yourself feel totally beautified and rejuvenated.

The Pop-up day will be taking place on 10 March 2018 from 10am till 3pm at the Work at Play studio, 33 Donkin Terrace in Port Elizabeth.
