Fresh music event set to take Bay by storm

Port Elizabeth music lovers are in for a real treat this spring as new kids on the block, Intense Events in collaboration with reputable Above & Beyond Productions bring something new and exciting to the city. Valley Vibes will take place on Heritage Day, 24 September 2016 at Settlers Park and will run from 12H00 – 20H30.

The team invites Port Elizabethans to let their ears guide them to the music as they make their way through the breath-taking Baakens Valley and enjoy being a part of Port Elizabeth's first music festival that will bring the Valley to life right before their very eyes.

Guests are encouraged to throw down a blanket, relax and enjoy the Valley's Vibe. Starting off the musical festivities, supporting acts include Ben Du Toit, Big Man and Bear, Nique and The Cotton Fields whilst the headlining act is the much loved indie pop group, December Streets who has seen success across multiple national radio stations. The group is known for fusing live with iconic power synth sounds and their melodies and beats are nothing short of addictive.

Life size games will be set up around the venue and for the peckish, there’ll be some scrumptious food for sale and who could forget about all those of hipsters out there? There’ll be some craft beer available for purchase too.

Tickets are R80 pre-sold and are available from Something Good Roadhouse, Bridge Street Brewery and from specified promoters. However, if you’re a last minute planner, you can purchase your ticket for R100 at the door.
