GADGET REVIEW: The SMP LED Projector

Shopping and trying to get good gift ideas for Christmas can be difficult, luckily RNEWS can help you with a few ideas thanks to our gadget reviews that will help keep you informed about what’s good and not too hard on your wallet.

This week RNEWS had the chance to review the SMP LED Projector. SMP is short for Simplified Micro Projector. This projector has a simplified system structure design, and is multifunctional and easy to handle.

This projector’s LED settings allow for high brightness display and it includes simple setup with HDMI connectivity, easy-slide keystone correction and more, for a new level of flexibility and convenience.

No matter where you meetings take you, you’ll be ready with this projector.

This projector can play media from a variety of sources such as USB and SD cards, and has an 800×480 pixel resolution.

The box comes with all the things you will need to get it connected to just about anything, operated by remote control, and a composite video adapter. Unfortunately it does not come with an HDMI cable so if you want to watch something in high quality you will need to have you own cable available.

This is a great gift idea for friends or family members who make a lot of presentations at work, or for those looking for a better way to enjoy movies and get a more cinematic experience from home.

Geek Quest provided RNEWS with the LED Projector, unfortunately they no longer stock this particular brand. Luckily they have two different types of projectors, such as the Portable HD LED Projector for only R1450, and the Mii HDMI LED Projector for only R1 299. Make your selection of either the cinematic version or the business version of projector.
