GO GEORGE hands out educational material to schools

Kids learn about public transport while they play

As part of their ongoing programme to develop educational material for use in schools, GO GEORGE has now introduced two exciting additions to the collection.

"The 120-piece GO GEORGE puzzle aimed at Grades 1, 2 and 3 and a colourful activity book for Grade 4s have been designed for use alongside the school curriculum on public transport," said Geoge Municipality spokesperson, Chantel Edwards-Klose.

"Both these items are currently being handed out to schools in those areas where the bus service is already active, and the puzzle to the municipal libraries as well, for use in their educational programmes."

She said that a GO GEORGE board game was the first item designed for use in schools and since its introduction in November 2017, has proved to be a hit with the youngsters who learn while they play.
