KCPC produce two young cricketers to represent EP sides

Two players from the Kouga Cricket Performance Centre (KCPC) were selected to represent the U11 and U13 Eastern Province sides respectively.

Cormey van der Watt from Stulting Primary will be representing the EP U11 side, while Jonathan Bester from Pharos School will play for the EP U13 team.

This is the second year running that KCPC has produced players to represent EP sides, and this heeds potential for a much anticipated breeding ground for producing young cricket talent for EP as a whole.

The vision of KCPC is similar to that of sporting academies in moulding, preparing, enhancing and producing players for the future and aiding them in opportunities to do so.

This is done by giving these young players the space to reach their maximum potential, through strong coaching methods with the use great facilities.
