Magnetic Storm brings Whispers of the Orient to Port Elizabeth with Jason Kieck
Magnetic Storm says it is delighted to be part of Jason Kieck’slatest fashion show and gala dinner for the 8th year.
The event this year, Whispers of the Orient, will see designs from Jason Kieck give a gentle nod to Asian fashions and an evening filled with all the charm of the Orient.
“The businesses who come on board to support our charity events are a family of partners for me,” remarks Jason Kieck.
“To be working with Magnetic Storm again and using their technical expertise to creatively bring to life my vision is as always a delight. I like to take the audience on a sensory journey and this year we’re doing this through impactful lighting and dynamic sound.”
Whispers of the Orient is in aid of the Igazi Foundation, an organisation that aims to improve blood cancer and blood disease services in South Africa.
The beneficiary for the past five years, the foundation was established in the Eastern Cape in 2010, and has grown to become nationally and internationally recognised as the champion of haematology issues, in the broader struggle for better health care services in South Africa.
“We’re delighted to offer our expertise to an event that raises an immense about of awareness and funds for an incredible cause,” remarks Lourens Venter, Magnetic Storm general manager.
“Our technical crew and creative minds have been working with Jason on a design that feeds the theme, highlights his designs and takes everyone on a journey.”
With two thirds of tickets already sold for the event which happens in Port Elizabeth at The Boardwalk on October 20th, the evening is set to be a full feast for the senses and a memorable evening for everyone.
