Missing Tsolo woman found, police investigating her disappearance

Tsolo - Eastern Cape SAPS on Wednesday said that Nolundi Ludidi, aged 30 years, who was reported missing on 31 August 2019 while travelling from Tsolowas found alive and physically unharmed around 16:30 on Wednesday afternoon.

"She allegedly managed to travel from Fort Beaufort to King William's Town where she was found," said police spokesperson, Captain Khaya Tonjeni.

"She has been taken to a place of safety and will be medically examined and counselled for trauma as soon as possible.

"The police investigation on her mysterious disapearance continues."

Eastern Cape SAPS Provincial Commissioner, Lt Gen Liziwe Ntshinga, could not hide her delight when the news reached her.

She thanked the police units and team members, who did not sleep working hard on this investigation as well as, "the love, support and concern that came from all walks of life especially members of the public."
