Mr Tint makes overcoming SA’s famous hazards that little easier

South Africa is admired for its sunny weather, with record temperatures recently being recorded and we always feature high-up on a list of countries worst effected by vehicle hijackings or smash-and-grabs.

What can be celebrated by local vehicle and home owners, however, is that the solution to both the adverse weather and crime can be found right here in the Friendly City.

Situated at 72 Newton Street in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth, Mr Tint is one of the first workshops in the Bay to install tinting on residences, businesses and vehicles, all with a high level of quality control and by professional staff.

“We are a well-established and trusted company offering both excellent and unrivalled service to our clients,” says   Marc Harris, who owns Mr Tint with his wife Tracy.

Mr Tint uses high quality film and have specialised technicians, who are able to fit your home, business or vehicle with a normal window tint or an anti-smash-and-grab protection that is three times thicker than a normal tint.

“Our customers are important to us and so we have controls in place to ensure that their vehicles are in good hands,” explained Marc.

You would expect to be charged an arm and a leg for the level of work that they do at Mr Tint, but we found their pricing very reasonable.

Their Newton Park workshop is open Monday to Saturday throughout the year. Bookings are essential.

For your convenience and added piece of mind, they can also carry out tints in St Francis, Jeffreys Bay, Port Alfred, Grahamstown and Uitenhage, thus staying true to their philosophy of being “here for the local communities”.
