Police seek public help in finding missing woman in Stutterheim
Police in Stutterheim have appealed to the public for assistance in locating a missing 37-year-old woman from the town.
Bambisa Nomhlaba, from Toise Village, in Stutterheim, was last seen early on Sunday morning- between 01h00 and 03hoo.
She was wearing a jean skirt, navy and white hood as well as white open shoes.
According to the police, the shoes were later found lying in the street, close to her home.
“A search was conducted by K9 Rescue and Search Unit, Stutterheim police members and Community Police Forum with no success,” said police spokesperson, Captain Siphokazi Mawisa.
Police have since appealed to anyone, who might have information of her whereabouts, to come forward.
“Anyone, who can shed light on her disappearance can contact Sergeant Nomawethu Sandile of Stutterheim SAPS on 043 683 1996 or 082 938 3660,” said Captain Mawisa.
