Suspect arrested for the murder of the Fish Hoek cyclist
A man is expected in court soon for the murder of a 68-year-old cyclist from Fish Hoek early this week.
"Following the arrest of two suspects on Wednesday for being in possession of the bicycle and the cellular telephone of the 68-year-old cyclist, who was stabbed to death in Fish Hoek on Tuesday, a third suspect was arrested for murder," described police spokesperson, Lt Col Andre Traut.
"The suspect, who is in his twenties, was apprehended in Philippi, and once he has been charged, he is due to make a court appearance in Simons Town on a charge of murder."
