The Eastern Cape’s body beautiful to compete at The Boardwalk

The Eastern Cape’s fit and built will show off their physiques and flex their muscles at The Boardwalk Amphitheatre on Sunday 8 May 2016 at an adrenalin pumping bodybuilding and fitness competition hosted by the International Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation’s (IBFF).

Novice athletes from across the region are invited to enter the competition which offers a platform for them to show off the results of their hard work and commitment to training and clean eating. There are various categories to enter with over R150 000 worth of super prizes to be won.

Various special guests in the field of health and fitness will make appearances at the event. These include amongst others Andrew Garai, WTKA World Jiu Jitsu Champion and WBFF Pro Athletes, Lairen Terblanche and Chantell Kelly. Duncan McDonald, Kingfisher Radio Presenter, is in the driver’s seat as host and will keep the crowd entertained.

The event is open to the public which is urged to come down to support the athletes. There is also R20 000 worth of prizes up for grabs by the audience.

Tickets cost R120 per person and will be available at the door on the day, with cash and card facilities available. Tickets can also be booked at Body 20 studio in Walmer; Nutrion Direct at Newton Park; Evolution MMA, South End; Musclefit Uitenhage; Xtreme Nutrition, Walmer Park, and Musclefit Home Office Sherwood.
