Uitenhage police need help locating missing teen, Siyasanca Matinkinca
Investigating officers from the Family Violence Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit in the Uitenhage Cluster have made an urgent appeal to the public to assist them in locating a missing person.
"Siyasanca Matinkinca, aged 17, was officially reported missing by his mother on Tuesday, after he failed to return home," said police spokesperson, Captain Gerda Swart.
"It is believed that he attended class at a learning institution in Uitenhage.
"Matinkinca is about 1,8m tall and weighs about 75kg."
She said that it is uncertain what he was wearing on the day he went missing.
"Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Sake Msutwana on 072 732 4327 or SAPS Crime Stop 08600 10111."
