Eddie approaches Victor as a consultant


He is South Africa’s most experienced Springbok with 127 Tests to his name. Now reported Report that Victor Matfield was approached by Eddie Jones as a consultant.

RNews reported earlier that Jones was appointed as Japan’s head coach from 1 January and he certainly struck a chord with Matfield: The former lock is widely regarded as one of the country’s brightest rugby minds.
