Singer and actors accused of sexual misconduct

The alleged sexual misconduct of three Hollywood celebrities was hanged on the big bell earlier this week.

Complaints have been filed against Jamie Foxx, Axl Rose and Cuba Gooding Jr. laid a few days before a special dispensation for adult victims under New York’s statute of limitations expired. This permission involved a year-long period during which adult victims of sexual violence could file charges against their attackers, regardless of when or how long ago the incident happened. This permission was specifically made in New York and officially expired on Friday 24 November.

The Collateral-actor, Jamie Foxx, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a restaurant in New York in 2015. In the summons, details of which were published by TMZ, the plaintiff claims that she saw Foxx sitting at a table close to her.

She apparently approached him at 01:00 for a photo, to which he allegedly replied: “Of course, babyanything for you. Wowyou have that supermodel body and you smell so good.”

She claims that he then led her by the arm to the roof of the building, where he sexually assaulted her. He is accused of putting his hands under her shirt and into her pants respectively.

In another report, former model Sheila Kennedy, the Guns N’ Roses lead singer, Axl Rosecharged with sexual assault.

According to the summons, which was filed in New York, Rose allegedly attacked her in 1989 in a hotel room. Kennedy was diagnosed with anxiety and depression after the incident.

Kennedy is now seeking monetary damages for the emotional distress caused by Rose’s alleged misconduct. At the time of the alleged attack, she was a 26-year-old model for the Penthouse-magazine. She met Rose in a nightclub in New York City, and a few hours later the alleged attack took place in a hotel room.

Alan S Gutman, Rose’s legal representative, maintains that this incident simply did not happen.

“To put it simply, this incident did not happen. Rose does not recall ever meeting Kennedy at all.”

There are also two new charges of sexual assault against the actor Cuba Gooding Jr. applied

Jasmine Abbay and Kelsey Harbert filed a summons earlier this week alleging that Gooding indecently assaulted them both in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

Gooding already pleaded guilty in 2019 (for the attack on Herbert) and in 2022 (for the attack on Abbay), although at the time it was dismissed as a mere misdemeanor. However, Herbert and Abbay are now demanding monetary compensation for the incidents.

Other figures who have come under fire under this special law include ex-pres. Donald Trump, Bill Cosby and Sean “Diddy” Combs in.

Wedding bells are ringing Percy Jackson-actor
