The Free State police are looking for the legal owner of 11 cattle and nine calves that were recovered last weekend in the vicinity of Reitz.
The herd of animals is believed to have been stolen in the area and the branding is unclear.
Ao. Police spokesperson Mmako Mophiring says one suspect has been arrested in connection with the stolen herd of cattle.
The police are calling on the legal owner of the cattle to come forward.
