BREAKING NEWS: Nompumelelo Township residents protest for electricity (Video)
Protesters in East London have barricaded an intersection in Bonza Bay road, Beacon Bay and are disrupting motorists as they burn tyres, cement blocks and other materials.
Residents of the nearby Nompumelelo Township are protesting as their illegal electricity connections were removed on Monday.
They want an audience with the Mayor of Buffalo City. Police are currently on the scene.
