Wanted suspects arrested along William Moffet Expressway
Two suspects, aged 32 and 35 years, are expected in a court Port Elizabeth court this week after they were arrested on Monday by Mount Road Crime Prevention members in possession of dagga and dangerous weapons.
According to Port Elizabeth police, the two were arrested on the N2 freeway (William Moffet expressway) and have outstanding cases against them.
Meanwhile, in an unrelated case, three suspects, aged 21 and 24 years old, were arrested in KwaZakhele, Port Elizabeth, for dealing in drugs on Monday. Several capsules of mandrax and dagga were seized.
In another case, members of the Port Elizabeth Flying Squad recovered a stolen firearm in Motherwell on Sunday after following up on information that they received.
No arrests have been made yet.
