According to Port Elizabeth police a gardener, working at a property in Central on Wednesday, went investigating after picking up a strange smell. That is when he made a gruesome find - the body of a baby wrapped in a plastic bag.

Police believe the baby may have been suffocated.
An autopsy will be done to confirm this.
