Makana experiencing challenges at James Kleynhans Water Works
Makhanda - The Makana Local Municipality on Thursday informed residents that it is currently experiencing some challenges in James Kleynhans Water Works.
"This has led to low levels in our reservoirs. We are currently working on it and the community will be kept updated," the municipality said.
"Note that certain areas especially high lying areas will experience water shortages due to low levels. However, this can be minimised if residents use water sparingly and minimise stockpiling.
"Further information will be provided in due time. Humble apologies for the inconvenience caused as the municipality is doing everything possible to address the problem."
